Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with SNARKY BLACK 'N BROWN LIFESTYLE. Because many of our products are custom-printed on demand through Gelato and Printful, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Print-on-Demand & Custom Products

Items fulfilled through Gelato or Printful are made to order specifically for you. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind on print-on-demand items.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at drosjohnson@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Print-on-Demand Items

For items not produced through a print-on-demand partner, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

To initiate a return, please email us at drosjohnson@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refund Process

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not already entered production or been fulfilled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at drosjohnson@gmail.com.
